The Great Pyrenees Terror

I am writing on behalf of all the neighbours on Cuddy Drive. Our neighbour's dog, Jake, is an absolute terror. He rules the roost, and his owners are too timid to contain him. He has bitten 6 times, drawing blood 4 of those times. The worst part, all the times he has bitten, has been off his property. Once was in MY driveway. The last incident was Jake chasing, barking, and growling at me as I ran from my truck, parked in my laneway to the safety of my house. Jake's owners need help. The neighbours of Cuddy drive fear for the safety of our children. We can no longer deal with the constant barking, growling and harrassment, even if we are just out for a bike ride, no where near him!! Please Help!
