So cute and yet so bad

This is a pic of my little Pom Mickey, although he looks like a little angel, believe me the halo is warped and the wings are tarnished.
This little guy will do just about anything to frustrate me. He barks uncontrollably, he is starting to bite people now. No one can come near me, he is the protector, he chews all his toys because he does not want to play with them, if I leave him in the bedroom for awhile for time out, he somehow manages to knock over the wastecan which I put up on a shelf so he can't get at it, and he drags whatever is in it, especially tissues under the bed and eats at it. When he is barking for no reason and I go pick him up to get him to stop, he growls at me. He is just a little terror in disguise. :(
