Barking Duo!

Here is Brodie & Indy 2 of my 4 aussies.
Brodie is a barker with anything that moves including thunder, Indy tends to imitate Brodie.
I have done obedience with all my dogs to no avail. I also have a cat and if the cat goes down the stairs Brodie chases him but then doesn't do anything. Brodie senses if someone is afraid of him and he will love this as he gets to scare you! Brodie has destroyed my french doors, they have a design of their own now from him jumping on it. Brodie can be a very sweet loving dog with family members, but not good around strangers, hates outside dogs and turns into an aggressive idiot. I have literally sat on Brodie in a parking lot when he tried to go after another dog. I can't trust Brodie around strangers or other dogs, unfortunately this behavior is slowing being picked up by the other 3 dogs. I need help desperately!!!
At the same time if you could help and train my husband or at least show him who the should be in charge ie: man vs dog. He lets the dogs do anything till he gets annoyed and then complains. MY HOUSE IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!!
