Tequilla......Rose (2 naughty dogs!!)

Tequilla and Rose ARE the NAUGHTIEST dogs because: they use my house as a bathroom. They bark and jump at visitors, and nip at them. They go nuts when they see squirls in the back yard and bark constantly. Walking them is horrible if there is another dog on the street, Tequilla will try and attack them. Nothing i have tried has stopped him from doing this. He has bit my son. Rose chews on everything (7 mths old) They just won`t listen please help!
