Stella is a 13 month old Landseer. I love her dearly but she is very naughty! I have heard people say under their breath that she needs to go to obedience school.
I have tried training her and the only time she seems to listen is if I bribe her with cookies. Otherwise, she completely ignores me or expects me to engage in a game of chase. I don't know what to do to change her behaviour.
She tends to destroy anything and everything she can get a hold of. She is a 130 lb theiving chewing machine.
Pulls stuffing out of furniture, destroys shoes, gets in our bathtub and steals shampoo, spilling it all over the floor. She opens sliding closet doors, knocks things of the counter, drags my Mother's Shitzu around by the tail, and terrorizes the cats.
She also is working on excavating a hole in our driveway, chases people on the road and jumps all over our visitors.
I've had dogs all my life and have never encountered the likes of Stella!

Stella gets extremely excited when I go to the farm for a visit. She steps on my feet, chews on my hand, grabs at my clothing. **Warning: Wearing a scharf around Stella can be hazardous to your health and may even cause strangulation.** Stella often jumps up for attention. Her size and the site of her running towards you makes you want to run the other way. Not recommended to turn your back on her though, as you will likely be tackled to the ground from behind....followed by lots of slobbery kisses.
