Pimp

My son worked as a police officer way up north in Katavik where he rescued Pimp, as a pup, from a polar bear. Shortly thereafter, they moved down to the Cree area of Nunavik. Poor Pimp, he left his home and friends and had no clue what was happening. Shortly after that posting, my son got on with the Cornwall police force and while he is looking for a place to live, we have been shuffling Pimp between us in Ottawa and my sons girlfriend in Montreal. All of this instability has Pimp at his wits end it seems. There is such a strong degree of 'separation anxiety' that when we left him alone one day in the house, he destroyed shoes, slippers, carpeting, some books, a bible, bit a piece of the framework around the front door and started digging out the gyprock in the front bay window. Because my wife and I both work, we have to leave Pimp alone and now we have to leave him in a secure area in the basement. Unfortunately, we have been told by a neighbour that Pimp starts barking within 20 minutes of us leaving and it seems that he might almost be barking all day. So far he has not done any damage to the basement but when we get home from work, he has gotten himself so worked up that not only does he urinate and/or defecate, but he vomits. I am so afraid that if we don't help him soon, he may not survive.
