my yacker that barks at everything

Abby is a 2 year old american eskimo which are known to bark alot but my dog barks to the point that i cannot have my front room window open as she will bark at every moving object including, cars, kids,people that are walking plzzz HELP me i am going crazy and i even tried the bark collar but that did not even work i had the one with the lemon juice.but when it is time for bed is she is the most lovable dog that you would want
