Angel never listens

hi there my name is Bev we have a puppy named angel who is almost 6 months old, she is border collie/collie mix and is very pretty, but she doesnt listen worth a crap. we can get her to sit but thats about it. dinner time is a chore, getting her to relax in the living room with us is even harder. we get so frustrated trying that we just give up.she found out how to open her cage then pees poops everywhere, amongst the chewing, digging in the yard.we love her so much Please help us with our puppy, she isnt the only one in the house hold, we have 2 others, a shepard mix and a pug cross. attached is a picture of her thanks Bev
