Car chasing canine

This is my naughty dog, Aston, whom I love with all my heart. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Aston's naughtiness, I do not have a picture/video that shows the behaviour because I am required to chase after him (by foot, or car) until he is caught.
Aston is a smart border collie and listens and watches when someone enters the house. If he doesn't hear the door click (closed) or sees that it's open even just a crack, he is right there to make his escape. Upon escaping, Aston runs straight to the road and herds the first cars that come his way. He runs back and forth down the street stopping as many vehicles as he can. Aston has been quite costly, using his teeth to 'grab' cars' bumpers to stop them. Besides Aston's desire to herd, he is quite a gentle-man/dog.
