Parker the shih tzu

This picture shows one of the many incidents that we have with our dog Parker. In this picture he has stolen the toilet bowl brush and toilet paper and has eaten them.

Parker is a shih tzu that likes to steal and eat anything. We have a new baby at home and we have to keep Parker out of the babies room at all times because he tries to steal and eat his toys. So far he has stolen and eaten 3 of the baby's pacifiers right out of the baby's car seat.

Not only does Parker take the baby's things but he also steals food off the table and anything else he gets his teeth into. As much as we try to get him to stop the only way I feel we can do that is put everything above his head and even there he has ways of getting onto the table.

He also pees everywhere we are in an apartment and can't always get out so we have puppy pads and as a puppy he used them but now all of a sudden he thinks he can pee anywhere. I don't know what to do.

He jumps and still bits he has never done it to the baby yet but I fear that he might one day and I don't know how to stop him.

Please help us get out family back under control for not only us and the baby but for Parker too.
