Gigi

This little guy came to me when he was 8 months old. Now I think Gigi is a stupid name for a boy dog,but it fits him for some strange reason. He has a few very annoying habits, he will eat socks, shoes, boots, any clothing, pretty much anything that is not bolted down, the thing that is really bad is that he will go outside to do his business, but then when he has done it, he comes back in to do it again, he thinks that every waking minute is playtime, he is driving me nuts, he seems to be in his own little world when going for walks, he just is out for a 'Sunday' look so to speak, he terrorizes people that go by my house, by barking continually, and he won't stop, I had to go so far as to put up sheers but that didn't stop him, I now have a window covering on my windows, so he can't see people go by, but he still sees their shadows and images and goes nuts again. When I go outside to sit, he goes insane and cries, and howls, and barks, etc. Because he needs or wants to be with me. Please help me.
