Lexi the German Pinscher

Lexi is a German Pinscher. She is a barker and a chewer. She chews both my Husband's and my son's clothes. She has taught our other 2 dogs to bark at anything that moves. I have tried everything that I know but she still continues to bark and chew. I am at my wits end as to what to do to make her quit.
